1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using 29Caps website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Purchase Terms

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) Your order is a commitment to purchase the product; (b) Items will be shipped once your order is processed and fulfilled; (c) Availability is limited due to the exclusive, limited edition nature of our products; (d) Pricing is subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will honor the price at the time of purchase.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, materials, and specifications. However, actual product colors may vary slightly from images displayed on your screen due to monitor settings. All hats are officially licensed products featuring Corridos Tumbados branding.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept payment through Stripe, including major credit cards and debit cards. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will honor the price at the time of purchase.

5. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues with your payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Certain items are offered as pre-orders. Pre-order items are made after purchase and have an estimated delivery of approximately 4 weeks (up to 30 days) from the order date. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this estimated timeframe.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the limited edition nature of our products, all sales are final once the order has been shipped. Defective products may be eligible for exchange within 30 days of receipt. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of 29Caps or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) Use our website for any unlawful purpose; (b) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) Interfere with the proper functioning of the website; (d) Impersonate any person or entity; (e) Collect information about other users without consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

29Caps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 29Caps, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of appropriate jurisdiction.

14. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

Program name: 29CAPS Alerts.

Program description: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (such as new product drops, restock alerts, sales, discount codes, cart reminders, and giveaway announcements) from 29CAPS (29CAPS LLC) at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies (estimated up to 4–8 messages per month).

Cost: Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your wireless carrier.

Opt-out: You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending messages. To opt back in, sign up again as you did originally.

Carriers: Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
