29Caps uses Stripe for secure payment processing. We accept all major payment methods to make your purchase easy and safe.

Payment Security
All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your complete credit card information on our servers. Stripe uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your payment data during transmission. Your payment information is tokenized and encrypted for maximum security.
Payment Authorization
When you place an order, your payment method will be charged immediately. The charge will appear on your statement as '29CAPS' or 'STRIPE*29CAPS'.
Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank will handle the currency conversion and may charge an additional foreign transaction fee.
Payment Confirmation
After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive: (1) An immediate order confirmation email with your order number; (2) A receipt from Stripe for your payment; (3) A shipping notification email when your order is fulfilled. Please keep these emails for your records.
Failed Payments
Insufficient Funds
Ensure your account has sufficient funds or available credit limit
Card Declined
Contact your card issuer to authorize the transaction
Incorrect Information
Verify your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address
Bank Security Hold
Some banks flag online purchases — contact your bank to approve the transaction
Billing Address
Your billing address must match the address on file with your card issuer. Incorrect billing information may result in payment failure. If your billing address differs from your shipping address, you can specify both during checkout.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at support@29caps.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're committed to resolving all payment issues promptly and fairly. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in order cancellation and may affect future purchase eligibility.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution. See our Refund Policy for details on eligibility.
